Jansen Associates is the team of Dave and  Tracie Jansen. As custom home builders and designers they are committed to providing excellent service to their clients through functional, economical design/construction as well as impeccability in the quality of the finished product.

Dave and Tracie live and work in Santa Fe New Mexico. They are selective in the clients with whom they work. “We limit the number of homes we build annually to insure that each client receives the personalized service and attention that they deserve. Our primary interest is to insure that our clients enjoy the whole process of building a new hone and are totally satisfied with the results.” 

Dave Jansen is a professional construction manager with over thirty five-years experience in engineering, construction and project management. In his career he has managed hundreds of projects with total costs exceeding twenty billion dollars. Dave has built almost every kind of project possible including beautiful custom homes, schools, hospitals, power plants, retail projects, office buildings, and corporate headquarters. He has also constructed the most elegant of projects such as the remodel the historic Orpheum Theatre in Phoenix Arizona.   Dave has the skill to manage your project from conceptual design through completion of construction. He has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.

Tracie is a perfectionist in the art of finishing out a house. Having designed and finished many homes for herself as well as for clients, she has a keen sense of what works in a home and how to make it feel exactly the way you want it to feel. She is relentless at insuring that the final touches on the home are impeccable, that nothing is left out. She is committed to service and to your complete satisfaction. Tracie holds a Master’s Degree from the University of New Mexico and is a native New Mexican, having been born and raised in Albuquerque.
